Global Trade Compliance & Process Transformation Lead (SAP S/4)

About the role

HP is looking for a Service Supply Chain Global Process Transformation Lead, acting as a cross-functional subject matter expert in SAP S/4, to lead the transformation of logistics, customs and compliance processes across HP's Service Supply Chain as part of a multi-year SAP S/4 journey. It is a high-impact global role shaping logistics processes end-to-end, influencing system design and business decisions, and driving cross-functional integration, standardization and simplification.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert on the global process, bridging business, technology and operations
• Lead trade compliance governance on transformation projects and serve as primary SME on customs and compliance
• Define and standardize end-to-end logistics, customs and compliance processes, drive simplification and harmonization across regions, and ensure scalability
• Partner with IT and Digital teams to shape SAP S/4 logistics capabilities and support implementation and adoption of new solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA and the Americas and with Logistics, Compliance and other Global Process Owners
• Identify gaps, resolve critical operational challenges, support escalations and promote continuous improvement

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations or related areas
• Solid understanding of logistics processes (transportation, customs, compliance)
• Experience in cross-functional or global environments
• Exposure to process improvement, transformation or system implementations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Must have experience in customs and trade compliance

Required skills

• Knowledge of customs and compliance regulations
• Nice to have: experience with SAP S/4HANA (logistics modules)
