Discover I 2027-2028 Internship – Graduate Program

About the role

Airbus offers more than 60 vacancies for its full-time graduate program in Spain, Discover I 2027/2028, in partnership with Camilo José Cela University. The program is aimed at recent graduates from different disciplines who want to build a career in the aeronautical sector. The selection process runs from October 2026 to February 2027.

The internship starts in March 2027 and lasts 11 months (August is off for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40 hours per week) in which you receive an attractive study grant.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a minimum Bachelor's degree.
• Studies in engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical, software engineer), business administration, human resources, finance or related fields.
• English at negotiation level (B2).
• Team spirit and strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in complex and international environments.
