Dishwasher (Fregador/a) – Barcelona

About the role

We are looking for a diligent dishwasher (Fregador/a) to join the Barceló Sants hotel in Barcelona. The successful candidate will ensure that all guest tableware and kitchen equipment are cleaned to the highest standards, supporting the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of all customer-use tableware and kitchenware.
• Perform routine maintenance of the assigned cleaning areas and equipment.
• Operate and care for cleaning tools, including dishwasher machines, manual washing stations, pot‑scrubbing stations, and waste compactors.
• Use appropriate chemical detergents, disinfectants and rinse agents safely.
• Follow the company’s health, safety and security policies.

Required profile

• Completed a secondary vocational training program (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role is valued.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Energy to maintain an appropriate activity level and good time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Operation of commercial dishwasher machines.
• Use of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
