Dutch Customer Service Agent

About the role

MSX International, a North American multinational and leading consultancy for the automotive industry, is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agent for its multilingual, multicultural Contact Center in Madrid. The position is full-time, permanent with an indefinite contract from the start, and offers a 50% hybrid setup: the first 3 months are approximately fully on site at the Calle Albasanz 15 office, then telecommuting is possible for up to 50% of monthly working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Answer calls and respond to emails from clients and dealerships
• Follow up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved
• Make reminder calls and follow up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction
• Update databases, draft reports and create summaries

Required profile

• B2 level of English and fluency in Dutch
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude and a passion for customer service
• Full-time availability is preferred
