Dutch-speaking Travel Client Advisor in Malaga

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Travel Client Advisor to join our international team in Malaga. You will help Dutch customers plan and book memorable holidays, providing personalised support throughout the entire travel journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality assistance to Dutch‑speaking clients via phone, email and live chat.
• Research, plan and book flights, accommodation, transport and activities tailored to each traveller.
• Provide expert recommendations on attractions and cultural highlights in Malaga and across Europe.
• Resolve queries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on travel regulations, safety guidelines and entry requirements for Dutch travellers.
• Collaborate with suppliers, partners and internal teams to manage reservations, amendments and cancellations.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and promote a positive team culture.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills; Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience in travel advisory, reservations, customer support or tourism.
• Good knowledge of European destinations and cultural interests of Dutch travellers.
• Excellent problem‑solving, active listening and customer‑engagement abilities.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail in a fast‑moving environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital booking tools, CRM platforms and online travel planning systems.
