Portuguese & Spanish Travel Advisor in Malaga

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Portuguese‑Spanish Travel Advisor to join our fast‑growing international travel team in Malaga. You will help travellers plan and enjoy seamless journeys across Europe and beyond, delivering high‑quality, personalised service through phone, email and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised travel advice and support in Portuguese and Spanish via phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, transportation and other travel services, ensuring end‑to‑end coordination.
• Recommend local attractions, excursions and cultural experiences in Malaga and other destinations.
• Resolve queries and issues promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay updated on travel regulations, safety guidelines and entry requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, partners and internal teams to manage bookings, amendments and cancellations.
• Uphold company values of inclusivity, respect and integrity in all interactions.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of processes and the customer journey.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish, with strong written and spoken English.
• Previous experience in travel advisory, reservations, customer service or tourism is a plus.
• Good geographical and cultural knowledge of Spain, Portugal and key international markets.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
