EMEA Business Developer – Digital Health

About the role
Mediktor is scaling its AI‑powered medical assistant across Europe. We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to drive adoption of our digital triage solution among hospitals and health systems throughout the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a pipeline of clinical organisations such as hospitals, health systems and public healthcare providers.
- Identify opportunities and turn them into long‑term partnerships.
- Deeply understand client challenges and shape high‑impact value propositions.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting, proposal, negotiation to closing.
- Collaborate with product, tech and medical teams to design tailored solutions.
- Represent Mediktor at industry events and conferences.
- Help unlock new markets and refine the go‑to‑market strategy.
Required profile
- 5+ years of Business Development or Sales experience in HealthTech, SaaS or digital health.
- Proven track record selling to hospitals or healthcare organisations.
- Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and engaging C‑level stakeholders.
- International experience across EMEA markets.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages (French, German) a plus.
- Background in AI, digital products or healthcare technology is highly valued.
- Familiarity with hospital systems or clinical environments is a strong advantage.
