Employee Experience Program Support Intern

About the role

HP Barcelona's Global Revenue Operations (GRO) Strategy and Planning Team is looking for an Employee Experience Program Support Intern. The intern works alongside HR, Learning and Development and Leadership teams to support the design, delivery and evaluation of employee experience programs, and helps prepare program communications. The internship runs from February to June-July 2027 and is paid.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning of training programs aligned with the employee experience roadmap.
• Help create and update training content and learning materials.
• Assist with program rollout by suggesting creative tools and methods to engage participants.
• Support program evaluation by tracking participation and gathering feedback.
• Communicate training materials, tools and schedules to participants.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration / Management or Marketing, approaching graduation, and able to stay enrolled until the end of the internship.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university and available to start in February 2027.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.

Required skills

• Basic planning and project coordination skills.
• Interest in learning and development, human resources and employee experience improvement.
• Familiarity with project management and change management concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
