People Strategy & Engagement Intern

About the role

HP's People Organization is looking for a curious, organized and analytical intern to support global People initiatives for the Commercial Organization. You will work with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners on employee engagement, recognition, people analytics, communications and strategic project coordination. The internship runs from February 2027 until June-July 2027 and is open to students currently enrolled in a Spanish university.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Coordinate and track strategic People projects, actions and milestones.
• Analyze People data and help turn findings into meaningful insights.
• Turn People insights and priorities into clear communications and stakeholder materials.
• Collaborate with global People teams and cross-functional partners.
• Research HR practices and contribute ideas to improve People programs and processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, Law, Sociology, Economics or another HR-relevant field, remaining enrolled until the end of the internship.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university.
• Available from February 2027 until June-July 2027.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
