Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Braze, a customer engagement platform, is looking for an Account Executive in its Madrid office. The role involves selling complex SaaS solutions to large organizations, with deal sizes typically between $500K and $2.5M+, and requires at least 5 years of SaaS selling experience in CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics or content marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Run deal cycles from start to close, working with stakeholders across large organizations
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels of an organization
• Drive value-based selling, using MEDDPICC to articulate the value proposition
• Prospect, network and research markets to build a pipeline, and create growth opportunities for existing customers
• Work closely with business development, marketing, deal desk, customer success and services teams

Required profile

• At least 2 years of enterprise sales experience, with proven success on complex deals
• History of net-new prospecting and pipeline generation, alone and with BDRs and marketing partners
• Executive presence and the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
• Experience with cross-functional teams and agency and technology partner ecosystems
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, events and regional gatherings; startup or emerging growth company experience is a plus
