Sales Development Representative (Italian)

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first voice our future customers hear, opening doors and creating conversations to help businesses discover how language learning can drive their success.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential prospects via LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, video outreach and offline initiatives.
• Qualify prospects using consultative conversations and SPICED criteria.
• Build and enrich the top of the sales funnel through outbound campaigns.
• Research companies to identify the right contacts aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile.
• Maintain up‑to‑date CRM data and use insights to improve outreach strategy.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to target high‑potential accounts and schedule discovery calls following the sales playbook.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Motivated to build a career in B2B sales and eager to learn.
• Confident in starting conversations with new people and engaging decision‑makers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high‑volume outreach.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with resilience and adaptability.
