Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (German Speaking)

About the role

Iron Mountain, a provider of records and information management, digital transformation services, data centers, asset lifecycle management and fine art storage, is looking for a German-speaking Enterprise Inside Sales Representative for its Enterprise Sales team. The role drives net new sales and generates revenue across enterprise accounts, manages transactional opportunities under 25k and aims to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure through cold calling, outbound prospecting and SQL follow-ups to hit monthly quota targets.
• Work with Account Executives, SDRs, Sales SMEs, Operations and field sales teams on account strategies, remote Interactive Business Reviews and re-engaging unengaged accounts.
• Lead negotiations, respond to RFPs and keep activity tracked in Salesforce, ensuring pricing, profitability and SLAs match company and customer expectations.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with cold calling, pipeline generation, deal negotiation, objection handling and closing.
• Fluent German.
• Ability to engage key decision-makers, uncover client needs, build trust and assess timelines and budgets.
