Inside Sales Representative (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Inside Sales Representative fluent in Spanish to join its Sales team in Barcelona, Spain. The role focuses on identifying, prospecting and closing new mid-market opportunities in assigned territories, working with a collaborative team that helps organisations navigate digital transformation and protect their physical and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Pipeline generation: proactively identify new mid-market opportunities through cold calling, social selling on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and targeted email campaigns, mapping key decision-makers (C-level, IT managers, legal).
• Consultative selling: run high-level discovery calls to match Iron Mountain's digital and physical solutions to client needs, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract execution.
• Market intelligence: stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to position the value proposition, and collaborate across teams to reach revenue growth targets.

Required profile

• Native or near-native Spanish, with professional English for internal collaboration.
• Proven experience in inside sales, business development or SaaS, with cold prospecting, consultative selling and full sales-cycle management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
