Sales Development Representative (German Speaking) - Barcelona

About the role

Iron Mountain, a provider of records and information management, digital transformation, data center, asset lifecycle and fine art storage solutions, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for its Inside Sales team in Barcelona. The role drives growth across key European markets by reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses and building relationships with senior decision-makers. It is an onsite position requiring native or fluent German and business-fluent English.

Key responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns by phone, tailored email and LinkedIn InMail to reach high-intent prospects.
• Uncover customer challenges and qualify opportunities using value-based messaging frameworks.
• Work with assigned Inside Sales Managers to build targeted messaging for key verticals.
• Map organizational structures and build rapport with senior business decision-makers.
• Record customer pain points and relationship details in the CRM to ensure smooth hand-offs.

Required profile

• Experience in outbound sales prospecting, ideally in SaaS, technology, cloud or complex B2B services.
• Strong knowledge of multi-channel outreach, discovery methodology and value-based selling.
• Analytical curiosity and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Native-level German and business-fluent English, oral and written.
• Ability to explain complex value propositions simply.
