Inside Sales and Sales Development Manager

About the role

Iron Mountain, a provider of records and information management, digital transformation services, data centers, asset lifecycle management and fine art storage, is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to join its Inside Sales team in Barcelona. The role leads, motivates and manages the Inside Sales and Sales Development team to exceed sales targets, manage the sales pipeline and drive revenue growth in the SMB segment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Inside Sales and Sales Development team to meet and exceed revenue targets in a customer-centric way.
• Monitor sales metrics and CRM data to optimise pipeline management, ensure accurate forecasting and achieve daily, weekly and monthly quotas.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship, set individual development plans for high-potential employees and run performance management.
• Work with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Operations and Sales Support to align strategies, streamline processes and improve lead generation.

Required profile

• Direct B2B sales management experience with a proven record of leading teams and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of the SMB segment and solution selling tactics.
• Leadership, pipeline forecasting, coaching and cross-functional relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills; assertive, proactive and results-driven.
