ERP Functional Support Specialist – Finance (Business Central)

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for an ERP Functional Support Specialist – Finance (Business Central) to support Finance users across a growing international organisation. The role focuses on functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, mainly on Finance processes such as AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and taxes. It is a functional rather than technical role: the candidate first understands the business need and looks for the right process, standard functionality or configuration before proposing technical solutions. The candidate supports an expanding multi-country Business Central environment, with a rollout planned across 50+ countries, and may grow into a broader Functional Analyst role.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 functional support to Business Central Finance users.
• Analyse user questions and incidents and identify whether they relate to process, data, setup or system functionality.
• Guide users towards the correct use of Business Central and standard Finance processes.
• Support Finance areas including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and taxes.
• Take ownership of support requests through resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Document solutions and contribute to self-service materials, knowledge bases, training documentation and support automation.
• Support user onboarding and training.
• Work with functional consultants and technical teams when deeper analysis or system changes are required.
• Support the rollout and adoption of Business Central across multiple countries.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Around 2 years of relevant ERP, application support or functional consulting experience.
• Previous functional ERP support experience required.
• Knowledge of Finance and accounting processes is highly desirable.
• English C1 or above is mandatory; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic and international environment.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain system functionality clearly and practically.
