ERP Project Manager - Digital Transformation (d/f/m)

About the role

Aerbus Defence and Space is looking for an ERP Project Manager for its Material Services (TASM) team in Getafe, Madrid. The team contributes to the digital transformation of the Services organisation in a multifunctional setting, working closely with IT, Logistics, Operations, Finance and other business functions. The role leads ERP-related digital transformation initiatives and helps define the ERP roadmap for Services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ERP and digital transformation projects through their full lifecycle, meeting scope, planning, quality and business objectives.
• Define and manage the ERP roadmap and functional design for Services, turning business and logistics needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate multifunctional teams with IT, Logistics, Operations, Finance and other MFT Leads.
• Act as the focal point for Services on strategy, roadmap, planning and status, presenting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee ERP integration and process optimisation, especially between SAP functional modules and Material Services processes.
• Represent Services in Landscape Change Boards when needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience leading ERP-related digital projects as Project Manager, MFT Lead or similar; previous experience in Material Services environments is highly valued.
• Advanced English.
• Nice to have: PMP certification and/or Agile/Scrum experience.

• Project management: managing complex projects with a focus on quality, methodology, planning and delivery.
• Leadership: coordinating and motivating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholder interests.
• Communication: explaining complex business and technical topics to senior management and non-technical audiences.
• Technical knowledge of ERP and SAP functional modules, logistics and material processes, and Material Services IT solutions.
