Executive Assistant – Food Ventures (Temporary Assignment)

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior global leaders within its Food Ventures (New Revenue Streams) organization. This 24‑month temporary assignment is based in Barcelona and offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, international environment while coordinating local initiatives and culinary experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to senior global executives, managing complex calendars across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, presentations, and follow‑up trackers for executive meetings and leadership sessions.
• Support the planning and execution of local initiatives, culinary activations, executive visits, and team experiences in Barcelona.
• Act as a liaison between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a multinational setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Concur for expense management.
• Experience using Egencia for travel booking.
