Executive Assistant

About the role

The Social Hub is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its Chief Commercial & Operational Officer (COCO) and the Senior Management Team. This role is ideal for a highly organized, energetic professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the COCO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate personal appointments without conflicts.
• Prepare and organise meetings, including agendas, presentations, venue logistics, catering, and technical setup.
• Arrange detailed travel itineraries covering flights, accommodation, dining, and ground transport.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the COCO, handling calls, emails, and other communications.
• Collaborate with fellow assistants to align executive schedules and support office management.
• Organise Senior Management Team off‑site events and ensure seamless execution.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for urgent requests and last‑minute changes.
