Expert DevOps Engineer for Industrial AI Cloud

About the role

T-Systems Iberia is recruiting an Expert DevOps Engineer for its Industrial AI Cloud project, which is developed jointly with NVIDIA and Deutsche Telekom. The role advises on implementing DevOps principles in terms of culture and technologies, prepares prototypes and concepts for further automation, and owns the end-to-end lifecycle of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code approaches. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement and support ICT components and applications on the AI Cloud platform.
• Develop concepts, processes and methods for automation, optimization and standardization.
• Consult and deliver project outputs within the project scope.
• Maintain and enhance product pipelines, connect them to other platforms and infrastructures, and perform root-cause analysis of pipeline runtime errors.
• Develop and implement service architectures based on AI Cloud requirements, and coordinate activities across related technologies and outside the team.
• Set up and manage integration with partner applications.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of Kubernetes container-based technologies.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
• Experience with automation tools and deployments (Ansible, SaltStack, Terraform, Helm).
• Experience with CI/CD in a Kubernetes environment and repository management.
• Knowledge of Git (GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with Linux and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• English at B2 level; German is an advantage.
• Basic project management and leadership skills, intermediate quality management skills.
