EY-Parthenon Rotation Program 14.0 – Madrid

About the role

EY-Parthenon is looking for final-year university students to join its rotation program in Madrid. The program gives exposure to different areas of Strategy & Transactions while working on real projects with high-performing teams, combining intellectual rigor, collaboration and continuous feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside consultants, managers and partners on strategic and transactional projects.
• Contribute to analyses that influence key business decisions.
• Develop problem-solving, analytical and communication skills at an accelerated pace.
• Build a network of mentors and colleagues.
• Take part in areas such as M&A, transaction diligence, valuations and modelling, restructuring, real estate transactions, strategy and execution, ESG, and infrastructure advisory and project finance.

Required profile

• Final-year student enrolled in a degree such as mathematics, physics, business & analytics or engineering.
• Written and spoken Spanish proficiency.
• Intellectual curiosity, humility, ambition and a genuine desire to learn.
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who embraces diverse perspectives.
