Fashion Advisor RTW - Chinese Speaker

About the role

CHANEL is looking for a Fashion Advisor for Ready-to-Wear (RTW) in Barcelona. The Fashion Advisor creates a unique and memorable experience for each client, combining business orientation with a passion for the client, and contributes to the brand image and retail leadership. The position is open to Chinese speakers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as CHANEL Ambassador and Insider: embody the brand's values, share its heritage, modernity and know-how with clients and the team, and implement training while staying curious and proactive in self-learning.
• Respect the uniform and grooming guidelines and keep the work area clean, tidy, hygienic and professional, following Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines.
• Create a tailor-made client experience using the CHANEL experience ritual, co-create stories with clients, help clients develop their own style and propose alterations when needed.
• Embrace digital shopping trends and contribute to a seamless omni-channel experience.
• Handle client service complaints and requests effectively, and report to the Boutique Manager.
• Contribute to sales targets through products, services and data capture, and monitor after-sales service requests.
• Work as a team member: communicate regularly with the team and manager, share best practices, and support the operation of the sales space, stock replenishment and physical inventory.

Required profile

• Luxury retail experience is mandatory.
• English and Chinese are mandatory.
• Performance-driven selling skills for RTW and styling knowledge to create RTW total looks.
• Ability to build relationships, listen empathetically, solve complex problems and show enthusiasm and integrity.
