Fashion Advisor - Women's Ready-to-Wear Expert

About the role

The Fashion Advisor creates a unique and memorable experience for each client, combining business orientation with a passion for the client. As a CHANEL Ambassador and Insider, the advisor embodies the brand's values, shares its heritage and know-how with clients and the team, and contributes to the brand image and retail leadership in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Create a tailor-made client experience using the CHANEL experience ritual, co-create stories with clients and help them develop their own style, proposing alterations when needed
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel experience and embrace digital shopping trends
• Handle client service complaints and requests effectively, and report to the Boutique Manager
• Contribute to sales targets through products, services and data capture, and monitor after-sales service requests
• Keep the work area clean, tidy and hygienic, follow VM guidelines, and participate in stock replenishment and physical inventory
• Work as a team member, share best practices and support the smooth operation of the sales space

Required profile

• Luxury retail experience is mandatory
• Knowledge of the brand, its heritage and modernity, and a proactive approach to learning
• Respect for the uniform and grooming guidelines
• English and Spanish are mandatory
