Finnish-Speaking Fashion Support Consultant

About the role

Workster is recruiting a Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant for a global customer experience and lifestyle solutions company's international fashion project. The role combines a passion for style and customer service in a multicultural environment that values learning, creativity and career growth. It is based in the central office in Málaga.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries by phone, email, chat or other digital channels.
• Provide first-class assistance on orders, deliveries, returns and product details.
• Maintain strong brand and product knowledge so customers receive accurate information.
• Log all interactions in the system and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Spot potential problems and escalate them when needed, following established procedures.
• Work with mentors and teammates to deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the brand's values.

Required profile

• Fluent Finnish (C1 or native) and good command of English or Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in fashion, trends and customer satisfaction.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail or e-commerce is a plus; full training is provided.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office and online tools is an advantage.
