F&B Internship – Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza

About the role

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza are two lifestyle hotel brands opening in Cala Llonga, Ibiza, with 7 restaurant and bar outlets. The internship is full-time and covers daily restaurant operations, room service and support of the F&B teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction.
• Support room service: taking orders, delivering meals and handling guest requests.
• Participate in food preparation and service coordination with kitchen staff.
• Learn menu knowledge, upselling techniques and special dietary requests.
• Help manage inventory, including stock control, ordering and waste reduction.
• Work with the F&B admin team on budgeting, costing and revenue management.
• Address guest inquiries and feedback professionally.
• Help organize and set up events and group dining arrangements.
• Collaborate with F&B teams on hygiene, cleanliness and safety protocols.
• Take part in training on hospitality standards, food safety and beverage operations.

Required profile

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
