Guest Experience Internship

About the role

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, two lifestyle hotel brands opening in Cala Llonga on Ibiza, are looking for a Guest Experience intern. The hotels are operated by Ennismore in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, owned by Apollo. The internship includes accommodation, a daily lunch and a final project presented to the Excom and the Heads of Departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with check-in and check-out and give guests a warm, personalised welcome.
• Contact guests to make sure everything is to their satisfaction (courtesy calls, in-person visits).
• Coordinate details for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays and other guest preferences.
• Listen to guest concerns, log incidents and work with internal teams to resolve problems quickly.
• Make sure housekeeping, room service and maintenance meet guest expectations.
• Arrange special in-room touches for VIPs and returning guests according to hotel protocol.
• Help with surveys, departure interviews and online review monitoring.
• Record preferences, habits and notes for future stays.

Required profile

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
