Management Internship – Ibiza

About the role

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, two lifestyle hotel brands operated by Ennismore in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, are opening on the Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza. They are looking for a management intern to support the Director General with administrative, guest relations and office tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director General with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails and handling phone calls.
• Maintain organized records and files, including correspondence and reports.
• Greet guests, handle inquiries and assist with guest services.
• Support operations such as front desk assistance, inventory management and liaison between departments.
• Help with data entry and basic data analysis.
• Help organize events, meetings and conferences, including logistics and participant coordination.
• Provide general office assistance, including errands and miscellaneous tasks.

Required profile

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication, organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Team player attitude and customer service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn new software.
