Front Office Internship – Ibiza

About the role

Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza, two lifestyle hotel brands coming to the Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza, are looking for a Front Office intern. The hotels are operated by Ennismore in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga. The internship lasts at least five months, with a planned start in April.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations.
• Provide personalised service to guests, answering their questions and requests promptly.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate guest activities and special events.
• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards across the property.
• Address guest complaints and issues, and help manage guest feedback to support service improvement.
• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Take part in training sessions and meetings on hotel operations, and enter cases into Nubola.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication.

Required profile

• EU nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented, proactive, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
