Finance and Sales Operations Manager (Iberia)

About the role

Intuitive, a market leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is looking for a Finance and Sales Operations Manager for its Iberia region. The role acts as a trusted advisor and strategy partner to the Iberia senior leadership, developing insights to guide executives, accelerate growth and strengthen commercial execution. It works closely with a local analyst and is part of the senior leadership team in Iberia.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as strategy partner and consultant for local leadership, providing analytical insights to drive performance
• Develop board-level presentation materials for executive leadership
• Develop and track annual regional goals across a matrix organization
• Deliver Sales Operations activities such as territory design, quota setting, customer targeting and performance management
• Deliver FP&A activities such as monthly close, long-range strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and P&L management
• Develop and manage a team of analysts, prioritizing requests and meeting stakeholder expectations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (master's preferred, ideally in business or economics)
• 10+ years of experience, including 3-5 years in strategic planning and P&L management
• Proven experience developing, coaching and training a team
• Ability to operate in a matrix organization and rally disparate groups
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and English, including with executive leadership
