Finance Oracle Manager - Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics

About the role

Infosys Consulting is looking for a Finance Oracle Manager (Consultant / Senior Consultant) for its Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice, based in Madrid. The role sits in a growing, entrepreneurial consultancy of 300,000 employees and works with large global firms and well-known brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support assessment, discovery and requirement workshops, and help define problem statements.
• Review and analyse requirements specifications from business needs.
• Support the creation of to-be flows and fit-gap analysis documentation.
• Provide solution alternatives and create detailed design documentation.
• Take part in testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or MBA (or foreign equivalent) from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty instead of each year of education.
• At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in finance processes.
• Experience designing and configuring General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management modules.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion financial reporting tools (FRS, OTBI, Smart View) and month-end/quarter-end close processes.

Required skills

• Oracle ERP Cloud Financials (Fusion Financials), with 2+ implementations.
• Strong industry knowledge and best practices.
• High-impact communication, planning and coordination skills.
