Food & Beverage Administration Intern

About the role

The Food & Beverage Administration Intern supports the administrative and organizational functions of the Food & Beverage Department at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, which reopened to guests in March 2025 after a major restoration. Working closely with the F&B leadership team, the intern develops administrative, operational and communication skills in a luxury hospitality setting, helping streamline processes, maintain accurate documentation and coordinate schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence, reports and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
• Support scheduling, meetings and departmental events.
• Organize files, records and office inventories for the F&B department.
• Help manage banquet materials such as menus, table tags and signages.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the F&B office and storage areas.
• Respond to guest and vendor inquiries professionally and in a timely way.
• Compile meeting notes, reports and other documents as assigned.
• Learn reservation tools such as OpenTable and help track event inquiries or bookings.
• Contribute to special projects like menu updates, marketing materials and data entry.

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous administrative or hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
• Authorization to work in Spain.
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, proactivity and a positive learning mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of systems such as OpenTable is an asset.
• English and Spanish, at a high level.
