Food & Beverage Administrative Intern (Season 2027)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Administrative internship supports the operational and administrative functions of the Food & Beverage department at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, which reopened in August 2024 after an extensive restoration. The role coordinates scheduling, inventory control, vendor communication and event logistics, contributing to the efficiency of the F&B management team and the guest experience. It is a seasonal, full-time position of 40 hours per week with consecutive and rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the F&B management team, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders and vendor communications.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on F&B operations.
• Coordinate special events and help with logistics for F&B functions.
• Manage filing systems so that documentation is organized and accessible.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain.
• Previous hospitality or food and beverage experience is preferred.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Organizational, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, invoicing and expense tracking.
