F&B Service Intern - Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor (Season 2027)

About the role

The Food & Beverage Service Intern supports the F&B team in delivering guest experiences across restaurants, bars, in-room dining and banqueting at Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor. It is a hands-on, seasonal internship in a fast-paced hospitality setting, suited to hospitality students or recent graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver cleanly and unobtrusively
• Polish silverware, refill condiment containers and crumb tables
• Stock linens, china, glass, silver and food items, and help prepare toast, soup or beverages
• Break down, clean and set up buffets and food stations
• Deliver food from the kitchen accurately and on time
• Greet guests, provide water, bread and butter service and anticipate their needs
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and requests
• Present a project work to reinforce training

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or a related field
• Enthusiasm for guest service and curiosity about the hospitality industry
• Good personal presentation, communication and teamwork skills
• Availability for varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
• Able to lift, carry and balance trays safely
• Legal right to work in Spain

Schedule: seasonal, full-time, 40 hours per week with consecutive and rotating shifts.
