Revenue Analyst

About the role

Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor, a luxury resort on the Formentor Peninsula of Mallorca that reopened in August 2024 after an extensive restoration, is hiring a Revenue Analyst. The role works with the Director of Revenue to design, develop and run business reports and analyses that turn data into actionable insights on brand-level and property-specific revenue trends and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director of Revenue Management with administrative duties, reporting and analysis so that revenue management strategies are executed efficiently and proactively, and provide backup alongside the Reservations Manager when absent.
• Monitor competitive pricing, carry out competitor checks and report findings.
• Help identify soft periods and support the development of promotions and strategies.
• Support the implementation of Four Seasons Revenue Management standards, policies and procedures, including rate plans, rate categories, market segmentation, profiles and PMS/ORS functions.
• Handle action rate solicitations, maintain rate plans and ensure Best Rate Guarantee compliance while minimizing rate parity claims.
• Update revenue management reports daily with accurate data on geo sources, product quality and pricing, and help prepare 30-, 60- and 90-day forecasts and longer-term forecasts.
• Take part in the weekly strategy meeting and the daily operations meeting.
• Review data continuously and produce monthly reports on production, trends, bookings, stays and channel analysis, using STR reports to suggest strategies.
• Share best practices daily with Reservations, Front Office and Sales.
