Internship Kitchen - Cook Intern, February/March 2027

About the role

Nestlé is offering a 6-month internship as a Cook Intern in Barcelona, starting in February/March 2027. You will work on real-world projects with experienced professionals, helping develop and evolve innovative culinary products in a fast-paced, global environment. The internship is non-coding and no development experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Recipe development: write recipes with measurements, servings, seasonality and cooking times, cook them and consider final plating for photography.
• Design new recipes based on brand strategy, content plans and current trends.
• Support the team in video recordings, including scriptwriting and cooking.
• Create shopping lists from weekly recipes and make sure essential ingredients are stocked.
• Help prepare food for photoshoots, including recipe development and styling.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a degree or master's programme throughout the 6 months; only university alumni are accepted.
• Hardworking, trustworthy person with a passion for learning and willingness to work with the team.
• Ability to work in a team, manage multiple stakeholders and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of photography techniques, including lighting, composition and colour theory.
• Understanding of marketing principles and ability to produce visually appealing content that meets brand standards.
