Freelance International Recruiter with French

About the role

Atlean World, an international HR consultant, is looking for an ambitious freelance International Recruitment Consultant to join its global network of freelancers. The role covers sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates for multilingual positions across Europe, mainly in BPO industries such as customer service, call centres, sales and marketing. You organise your own work, set your own goals and build your own network, supported by the company's structure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with Atlean World.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and networking.
• Conduct pre-screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Present shortlisted candidates to the internal recruitment team.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and manage your own candidate network across international markets.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities, markets and strategies, and track your performance.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Fluent French and fluent English.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO industry.
• Strong results-oriented and commercial mindset, with good communication skills.
• Familiar with digital recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms.
• Enjoys an international and multicultural environment.
