French Customer Advisor - Barcelona

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a French-speaking customer advisor in Barcelona to support the users of a leading technology services company. The role suits tech-savvy people who enjoy researching topics online and solving technical questions.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with users by email, phone and chat
• Analyze each user's account setup and previous interactions to recommend solutions
• Troubleshoot technical questions on software, hardware and logistics
• Escalate complex issues and explain the reason for escalation

Required profile

• Native-level French and C1 English
• Previous customer-facing experience (B2B or B2C)
• Prior experience in multi-channel customer support
• Experience in a metric and target-focused environment
• Excellent listening and communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and strong attention to detail

What we offer

• Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 22:00)
• Salary of 19,220 EUR gross per year
