Russian Sales & Marketing Consultant – Google Ads

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a group of highly skilled Russian Sales & Marketing Consultants based in Barcelona to engage high-potential advertisers and persuade them to adopt a range of marketing products, including Google Ads, into their marketing strategies. The position is full-time (39 hours per week).

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell the service.
• Create, maintain and update the customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate the existing customer base while building a new one.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail and ensure follow-up.
• Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and respond to and resolve customer inquiries.

Required profile

• Native-level Russian with fluent English.
• Previous sales experience.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident and proactive, able to work independently within a team.
• Strong written and oral business communication and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM.
• Ability to evaluate multiple business models and provide an excellent customer experience.
