Turkish Inbound Sales Representative - Web Hosting

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Turkish-speaking Inbound Sales Representative for its Barcelona office. The business partner runs the world's largest cloud platform, registers internet domains and provides web hosting solutions for 18 million customers worldwide, and wants to build a strong customer service and sales team to support business owners across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Advise existing customers on how to move into specific products, platforms and services, anticipating how decisions are made and uncovering client needs.
• Serve as a trusted consultant on domain registrar and web hosting products.
• Consistently meet the assigned sales quota while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Give strategic recommendations to help customers reach their business goals, including upselling additional products and platform features.
• Master one or more core products, coach colleagues and take escalation calls on them.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of customer care and sales experience with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
• Native Turkish and advanced English.
• Target and sales-oriented, used to KPIs, with articulate verbal skills and good comprehension.
• Valid European work permit.

Required skills

• Knowledge of internet connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Web hosting technologies, including CMS such as WordPress or Joomla.
• Browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome.
• Strong research skills and adaptability to schedule changes.

What we offer

• Full-time position of 39 hours per week, long-term contract.
• Salary of 23,075 EUR gross per year plus up to 3,461 EUR gross per year in bonus.
