French Junior Campaign Specialist - Google Ads

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring a French-speaking Junior Campaign Specialist for Google Ads products in Barcelona. You will partner with a portfolio of new clients to help them set up their first online advertising campaigns, acting as a trusted consultant who understands their needs and helps increase spend, upsell and ensure sustainability. The role is target-driven, with individual targets within a larger onboarding team.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard and develop PPC campaigns for new clients
• Detect and understand each customer's needs and objectives
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily by phone
• Pitch on the phone and write compelling proposals
• Work towards productivity, sustainability, compliance and customer satisfaction targets

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus
• 1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising
• Native-level French and high-level English
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management and analytical skills
• Client-focused, team player able to work in a fast-paced environment

What we offer

• Permanent contract, full-time (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
• Salary of 22,785 EUR gross per year plus up to 2,734 EUR gross per year in bonus
