French Sales & Marketing Consultant

About the role

Cross Border Talents is looking for a group of highly skilled French-speaking sales and marketing consultants in Barcelona. The focus is on engaging and winning high-potential advertisers and persuading them to include a range of marketing products in their current marketing strategies. This is a full-time position of 39 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell the service
• Create, maintain and update the customer database with complete information
• Consolidate the existing customer base while building a new one
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
• Ensure customer follow-up is continuous
• Monitor competitors' products or services and create selling strategies for own products
• Handle customer needs and requirements, and respond to and resolve customer inquiries

Required profile

• Native-level French with fluent English
• Previous sales experience
• Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and able to work independently within a team
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, competitive, tenacious and proactive
• Strong business acumen and customer focus

Required skills

• CRM experience
• Strong written and oral business communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
