French-Speaking Business Development Representative

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Business Development Representative based in Madrid to drive its expansion in France. The role builds the foundation of the client base for the Secret Media Network (Secret Paris, Secret Marseille, Secret Toulouse) and focuses on the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities with leading brands, from restaurant groups to entertainment producers.
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective partners, introducing them to branded content solutions.
• Own the full client journey, from prospecting and closing deals to ensuring successful campaign delivery.
• Generate new business with a strategic, data-driven approach and build long-term, trust-based relationships.

Required profile

• Approximately one year of experience in a client-facing sales or business development role, ideally in an advertising agency, digital media or tech company.
• Data-driven approach to business, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who manages a high volume of activity, tracks the pipeline in a CRM and meets targets.
• Team player able to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Genuine knowledge of local entertainment, events and lifestyle trends.
• Bilingual fluency in English and French (C2/Bilingual).
