French‑Speaking Customer Representative – Remote (Sports)

About the role

Join Concentrix as a French‑speaking Customer Representative supporting the sports industry. Working remotely from anywhere in Spain, you will help well‑known brands deliver excellent service to their customers while using the latest technology and integrated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer contacts via telephone and email, log details in the call‑tracking system and perform follow‑ups.
• Conduct outbound contacts to resolve issues and update information according to procedures.
• Maintain the corporate and brand image in every interaction.
• Enrich and localise the knowledge database with new information from contacts.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in French and advanced English.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented and supportive.
• Strong active‑listening and comprehension abilities.
• Outgoing, open‑minded with excellent written communication.
• Customer‑focused attitude and goal‑oriented mindset.
