Front-end / AI Content Creator (Quotient AI Specialist)

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, is hiring a Front-end / AI Content Creator (m/f/d) in Madrid for its Quotient AI team, WAVE. WAVE is a newly created team focused on accelerating AI-enabled business development. The role turns technical prototypes and ideas into client-ready formats such as videos, avatars, podcasts, visual narratives and lightweight front-ends, working closely with AI Engineers and the Business Analyst.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality AI-generated content, including videos, avatars, podcasts and visual narratives.
• Build lightweight front-ends and demos with AI-assisted tools to showcase prototypes clearly and engagingly.
• Develop and maintain reusable marketing and case material on WAVE's AI offerings for use across the firm.
• Translate technical outputs into formats partners can use with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work with AI Engineers to turn working solutions into polished experiences.
• Partner with the Business Analyst to keep reusable content structured, current and accessible.
• Contribute to the visual and narrative quality of outputs and refine them quickly from concept to draft to iteration.

Required profile

• Full professional English; Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and iteratively with engineers and consultants.
• Experience turning technical or complex material into clear, engaging content.
• A strong visual and editorial eye, with a preference for roles at the intersection of content creation, AI storytelling and lightweight product design.
• Preferred: background in content, design, marketing or creative production, a portfolio of AI-generated or AI-assisted work, and experience building reusable marketing or demonstration material.

Required skills

• Strong command of current AI content-creation tools across video, audio, image and avatar formats.
• Enough front-end capability to build clean interfaces or demos, using AI tooling where appropriate.
