Front Office Ambassador

About the role

The Front Office Ambassador provides essential administrative support and guest services for a luxury hotel, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and retrieve guest and reservation information using computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date‑stamping, sorting, and distribution.
• Create and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for records and reports.
• Operate standard office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and copiers.
• Welcome guests, acknowledge their needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide courteous service.
• Answer telephone calls using proper etiquette and communicate clearly with guests and colleagues.
• Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Perform light physical tasks, moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
