German Business Growth Specialist (Lead Prospector)

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring a German Business Growth Specialist (Lead Prospector) in Barcelona. You will work closely with the New Business Sales and New Business Associate teams, finding potential customers to contact by researching your own leads and vetting leads from provided lists. You score leads against the teams' requirements and route them to the right team, and help identify promising industries and verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for the New Business Sales team
• Research leads yourself and vet leads from provided lists, then score them and route them appropriately
• Keep an eye on industry news and trends, and understand market seasonality to help sales teams plan ahead
• Deliver a set of ready-to-call leads every week to the New Business Associate team
• Collaborate with the sales and associate teams to calibrate on lead quality

Required profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, market research or sales
• Education at least to second-year college level
• Native-level German and fluent English
• Able to think strategically, follow market trends and manage time well

Required skills

• Intermediate spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Strong written and oral communication
