About the role

Join an international hotel chain in Málaga as a bilingual teleoperator handling inbound German‑language calls. You will turn guest inquiries into confirmed hotel reservations while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in German and assist guests with booking requests.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations using the hotel’s reservation system.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on pending bookings.
• Provide friendly, professional service that reflects the brand’s standards.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German proficiency.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven sales experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in Málaga or relocate.

• Permanent contract with a two‑month probation period.
• Gross salary of €21,500 per year (€1,791.66 per month) plus a €1,500 sign‑on bonus.
