About the role

Join an international hotel chain in Málaga as a German‑speaking Sales Teleoperator. You will handle inbound calls from German‑speaking guests, turning inquiries into confirmed hotel bookings while delivering a top‑notch customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls in German and assist guests with reservation requests.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed hotel bookings, meeting sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, rates, and availability.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in German.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in hospitality or call‑center environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Based in Málaga or willing to relocate.
