Global IT Asset & Service Desk Specialist

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a proactive and organized Global IT Asset & Service Desk Specialist to join its team in Madrid. The role centralizes and standardizes hardware, support and provisioning processes for all employees, regardless of country, so that the company's technology runs smoothly worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, implement and maintain an international inventory control system, and standardize OS imaging and configuration for equipment deployed across locations.
• Manage the technology lifecycle: prepare, configure and deliver equipment to new hires, and recover, format and revoke access for departing employees.
• Lead international procurement of laptops, peripherals, licenses and other technology, managing supplier relationships so every office and remote employee gets the right equipment in time.
• Administer the helpdesk system, resolve incidents, prioritize tasks and give first- and second-level support to users in different time zones.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in help desk, IT support or systems technician roles.
• High level of English, needed for international purchasing and support.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira, Zendesk or Freshservice.
• Knowledge of device deployment, MDM management (Intune, WS1, etc.) and Windows / macOS.
• Strong organization and ability to work independently.
