Global Operations Intern

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring multiple Global Operations Interns in Madrid with a start date of January 2027. The Operations team works cross-functionally to optimize processes, improve efficiency and support scalable solutions. The internship offers exposure to international business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, working with colleagues to streamline workflows
• Support coordination of global operational activities such as event planning, logistics, vendor management and customer experience
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and cost optimization, and help mitigate risks and resolve project issues
• Collect, analyze and interpret operational data, prepare reports and presentations and support data-driven decisions

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, mathematics, business administration, operations management, data analytics or a related field
• Strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills, with good written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver; prior operations experience preferred but not required
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau are a plus
